MOO + SCOPE MIAMI

I received the “Best Emerging Artist” award from MOO + SCOPE Miami Beach 2014 in the Creativity Squared competition. Three designs were featured in the MOO exhibition at SCOPE Miami. Multiple artworks were licensed as limited-edition prints for print publication and exhibition at SCOPE Miami Beach 2014..

“Colleen’s design was especially fun, fresh and engaging, which is exactly what we were seeking,” says judge Lisa Gralnek, Head of Marketing at MOO. Her fellow judge, art critic Shana Beth Mason adds, “The jarring imagery of familiar bodily parts with alien placements of a shark or a colour block was something of an anomaly against the other entrants. It reflects a brevity, a humour towards image making that is sadly under-appreciated in contemporary art. It has fun, and isn’t ashamed to say so.”
